In the early 1990s, a small group of fashion designers and illustrators were designing clothing inspired by the ocean and its colourful and eclectic designs.
Today, this group is widely recognised as the architects behind the design of some of the world’s most iconic spaces.
The design team behind the Oceanic designs are known for their bold colours, innovative design and their eye for detail.
But this group’s designs haven’t been without their critics.
In particular, they’ve faced criticism for their focus on marine themes, which can be seen as too much of a focus on the ocean’s aesthetics.
Now, in 2017, the Oceanics are returning to the seas with their new collection.
The Oceanic family has been creating clothing inspired from the ocean for almost 20 years, creating the most unique pieces that celebrate the oceans beauty.
This year’s collection features designs inspired by marine life including sharks, dolphins, sea lions, sea cucumbers and more.
The collection is now available online at the OceanIC website.
